I first made the appointment for the morning of Wednesday 22nd December believing I was getting my keys the day before. However, I found out on the Monday that I was getting them on the morning of the Wednesday. I rang and asked if I could change the appointment to the afternoon and they kindly did so. ‘I needed a carpet clean due to a light carpet leading on to the garden. We all trail mud into the house and despite using store bought carpet cleaning fluid, the mud wasn't coming out. Really impressed. Platinum clean were efficient and quick to respond, they got me booked in quickly. They arrived on time and completed the work in great time. I couldn't believe the difference in my carpets. They looked so much cleaner and brighter. I was worried about them being left damp in this weather but that wasn't an issue.
